Mt Olymprov 2018 ending

Mt Olymprov 2018 is over.

Everything is said and done. Workshops were taught. Shows were performed. Activities were enjoyed. Friendships were made. Parties were had till morning. The island destination was enjoyed more than one could imagine.

So that’s it. Another festival is behind us, even though it seemed like a mountain to climb. And I’m not talking 8-9 months ago. Even 2 weeks earlier. Man, it’s scary to see a festival coming up. A huge endeavor, a massive organization, a great responsibility towards all our guests.

And yet, everything went great. Sure, with some mistakes and some hiccups, but those are part of the adventure. Overall, and exceeding all expectations, the festival was a success. How do we measure “success” you ask? I guess… by the smiles. The joy we see on people’s faces, during and after the festival. Boy, have we received some serious amounts of gratitude. So many positive, wonderful inspiring words by so many attendees, both old and new. Improvisers that had visited our festival before, or it was their first time. Soooo many people shared such beautiful words with us, not just the day of departures, but for days to follow on social media. We are humbled to see that our festival touched and had a positive effect on numerous people that joined us this year. The feedback we received, either in private or posted on public forums, is really what keeps us going.

You can rest assured, we will keep going. Mt Olymprov will be growing mightier every year. With each year that passes, we learn more and we will use this knowledge to make this festival even better next year.

As for all of you, we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you for trusting us to provide you with a unique experience. Thank you for believing in us. Thank you for being the wonderful people that you are and creating a remarkable memory out of this festival.

We love you all and we look forward to seeing you in Mt Olymprov 2019 (4-8 June)

Have a beautiful summer, shared with beautiful people.

The Org Team of Mt Olymprov.
